Here is what you will learn:

• the importance of a correct and independent seat;

• suppling your house through specific exercises;

• double-lunging and cavaletti work; and

• improving your horse’s gaits.

This clinic will focus on correct seat and suppling thru various exercises to improve your horses gaits. We will work on lateral movements and seat corrections with the help of the Balimo chair and Franklin balls. There will be a demo of correct lunging, cavaletti and dressage work. We will all have a wonderful trail ride in the beautiful and picturesque Galisteo Basin.

Saturday we will meet for dinner at the historic Mineshaft Tavern in Madrid, NM and take a break from our intense learning schedule.

Clinic cost is $450 per rider. Horses are boarded at no extra charge, you will have to bring your own feed and shavings and take care of your horse.
